What are Pallet Collars?
Pallet collars are an excellent alternative to wooden shipping crates for product transit and storage. Made from ISPM-15 certified lumber and fastened with galvanized steel hinges, they ensure durability and compliance with international shipping standards. The hinges securely fit around the corners of a pallet, allowing multiple collars to be stacked to the desired height. This stacking flexibility makes pallet collars a versatile and efficient solution for various storage and transportation needs.
No Tools Required
One of the best things about pallet collars is they don’t require any tools at all. Simply place the first collar around the outside of the pallet and then stack as many collars on top of each other as necessary.
Pallet Collar Sizes and Types
Our stock pallet collar sizes are 48″ x 40″ and 1200mm x 800mm (Euro pallet). Other custom sizes are available upon request or via our pallet collar configurator.
Stringer Pallets
While our 48 x 40 and Euro pallet sizes are the standards for our pallet collars, we can also offer block pallets or any other pallet type.
Solid Pallet Deck Option
If storing small parts or loose freight, it sometimes makes sense to have a solid bottom on your pallet so that nothing falls through the cracks. For these cases, we offer a solid pallet deck on both stringer and block pallets to help keep your freight safe during storage or transit.
Optional Lids to Close your Pallet Collars
Whether you need to protect the contents of your pallet collar or if you want the ability to stack multiple pallets on top of one another, our pallet collar lids are the perfect complement.
